Together we evaluate the potential of each use case (problem + likely solution) and devise a concrete shortlist of use cases that fulfil the criteria of impact, economic viability and feasibility.

You will have a clear understanding of what the next steps look like, how to tackle them and you could immediately start working on your first use case.

Given a well-defined problem and the necessary data (for example, as a result of the Discovery Workshop), we roll up our sleeves and spend one or a few sprints developing and testing a first prototype of your use case.

At the end you will have a first demo to play with! If you're happy with it, we work out a plan and timeline for turning your demo into a production-grade AI use case.
